JOBS
PART-TIME SPORTS ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for an organized part-time sports administrator to manage all administrative tasks relating to Dutch Pro Soccer. The sports administrator will schedule practice times, and source equipment and plan events. We are looking for someone who can multitask, plan ahead and likes to work part-time with kids in a sports environment. As Dutch Pro Soccer sports administrator, you will drive our culture by ensuring a positive, collaborative and productive environment for our players. This is a work from home position with occasional field visits and team meetings.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out daily office-related operations: Responding to emails, creating and sending newsletters.
Client retention through reach out over phone and email
Ordering soccer equipment as needed.
Scheduling practice times/coaches.
Planning events: Organizing sporting events such as tournaments.
REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in administration
Coaching experience a plus
Computer literacy skills: Windows, excel experience
Knowledge of teamsnap, wordpress and social media a plus
Ability to multitask
Solution oriented
Reliable
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management and planning skills

YOUTH SOCCER COACH
We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible youth sports coach to provide a fun and safe sporting experiencing for our youths. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing basic sports strategies, scheduling team practices and games, and ensuring all team members get equal playing time.
To ensure success as a youth sports coach, you should have extensive experience working with youths, knowledge of basic sports strategies, and good communication skills. A top-class youth sports coach ensures all youth team members enjoy an engaging and uplifting sporting experience.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Designing and implementing sporting strategies.
Running team practice sessions, skills classes AND after school programs
Maintaining sports equipment.
Presiding over games.
Working to improve team unity and sportsmanship.
Emphasizing skills development including safety, fair play, and sportsmanship.
Setting realistic and age-appropriate expectations for team members and players.
Ensuring proper sideline behavior from team members and parents.
Ensuring the safety of the team during practice sessions and games.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED.
Coaching certification preferred.
First Aid and CPR certified.
Proven work experience as a youth sports coach.
Youth teaching experience is preferred.
Passion for youth development.
In-depth knowledge of sporting strategies.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Patient and understanding.
